Dear Steve, 

My firm is assisting with a Neighborhoods Form Based Code application for the redevelopment of the existing apartment building at 4230 Columbia Pike, located within the Columbia Pike Neighborhoods Form Based Code area and within the Barcroft Master Finance and Development Plan area. We have submitted a Form Based Code Use Permit application for the redevelopment of the property and are expecting to be heard by the County Board in February.

We will also be holding a virtual community meeting on January 21st at 6:00 p.m. where the applicant team will present the project and answer any questions.
