All,

Our annual elections for Civic Association officers occurred at our meeting this past Monday evening. As I noted a few weeks ago, I had decided to not run again for president; today winds up eight years serving in that role. It has been both an honor and challenge to serve these many years, and I thank you all for your trust in me. Our long-time treasurer Al Fox is also stepping down. Thank you, Al, for your years of reliable service.

Effective Monday 1 March 2021, your new officers and board will be:

OFFICERS
President • Eric Berkey
Vice President • Megan Lynch
Secretary • Rick Reed
Treasurer • Andy Price

BOARD MEMBERS AT-LARGE
• Linda Dye
• Adam Henderson
• Annette Pigott
• John Snyder
• Steven Tomaszewski

NEIGHBOR NEWS and douglasparkca.org
Editor • Adam Henderson
Advertising • Sean Steele

The list of officers and email addresses is available at https://www.douglasparkca.org/officers/. Congratulations to Eric and Andy on their new roles!

As you can see, I’ll still be serving on the Board and helping Eric get up to speed; I will also continue to serve as Chair of the Pike Presidents’ Group for the foreseeable future; I can be reached there at chair@pike-ppg.org.

I wish Eric, Andy and all our returning officers the best for the year ahead. I feel confident I am leaving this great neighborhood in competent hands.

Best to all,
Adam Henderson
President, Douglas Park Civic Association, 2013-2021
